Why all three matter
Carrier returns don't arrive in a common format. Each carrier writes its own columns, its own timestamps, and its own idea of what a tower record looks like, which is why so much CDR work starts with hours of reshaping a spreadsheet. Covering all three means the file you were sent is the file you load, whichever carrier the warrant went to.
